He studied at the Medical University Vienna and graduated in 1990.
Since 1994, Dr. Huber is a general practitioner. He worked as a locum doctor in Vienna and Graz such as for the Emergency Medical Service (Ärztefunkdienst) in Vienna.
In 1996 he opened his first medical practice at Schöpfwerk. Later on, he had a medical practice at Wattmanngasse before he opened “Medizin am Küniglberg” in 2008.
Dr. Huber is married and father of three daughters. He is interested in music, piano and choral music, hiking, skiing, sailing, Tibetology and eastern philosophy.

Dr. Brandner graduated in 2002.
He is a general practitioner since 2007. He worked at locum doctor at the Austrian Embassy in Brussels and opened a medical practice in Brussels before he moved back to Vienna in 2010.
He completed his specialist medical training for Physical Medicine in 2011 at the Vienna General Hospital (AKH). Since then, he works at the Emergency Medical Service.
Advanced training at the Medical University Vienna from 2011-2013: interdisciplinary pain medicine.
Dr. Brandner is married and has two children. He is interested in traveling, reading, the Belgian cuisine, Italy and hiking.

I was born on 3rd December 1984 in Dresden.
I moved to Vienna in 2006 to start my medical study. During my time as a medical student I was also highly interested in health- and life-care based on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and have been awarded the diploma in acupuncture and Chinese phytotherapy by the Austrian general medical council.
After finishing studies and earning my medical degree I started to train as a general practitioner at the university-hospital Tulln. There I could gain plenty of valuable experience.
To become acquainted with the working environment of a general practitioner I decided to spend the last months of my education in the training practice of Dr. Huber and Dr. Brandner. With end of 2015 I eventually finished my training and have been working as a general practitioner ever since.
I appreciate the warm welcome to the practice team “Küniglberg” and I’m looking forward to continued good cooperation.

After studying medicine at the University of Hamburg I started my apprenticeship in paediatrics and already worked in a practise for paediatrics.
I moved to Vienna in 2001 and stopped working for sometime because I wanted to look after my three children. I have always wanted to work in a practise with many different patients and their families and due to that I decided to do my internship in the Hospital of Hietzing in Vienna.
I am looking forward to working in the practise Dr. Huber/Dr. Brandner and I hope that I will be able to gain a lot of new experiences in the field of general medicine.

Dr. Meier was born on November 30th, 1979 in Vienna.
He studied at the Medical University Vienna and graduated in 2008.
Subsequently, he started his child and adolescent medicine specialist training at the Vienna General Hospital (AKH). From 2010 until 2011 he gained further medical experience in India and Panama. Back in Austria, he started working as Trainee at the Wilhelminenspital in Vienna. He finally decided to become a general practitioner.
In his work as general practitioner, Dr. Meier is able to build on the broad knowledge he gained from his previous medical experience.
The reason for his career choice lies in the idea of being able to accompany patients and their families over long periods of time.

After 25 years as a bank clerk, the time had come to change me. Since I was always very interested in the medical field and at the same time wanted to continue to be in contact with people, I completed my training as an assistant in November 2018.

From a qualified pedagogue to an ordination assistant – sounds unusual, but it was a well considered step that seemed right for me after 21 years of working in an elementary school. I did my training at „MedicSystems“ and got to know the team at Küniglberg during my internship. It feels great to have my permanent job here.

I studied dietetics at the University Clinic – State Hospital of Innsbruck and finished my degree in 1990. After collecting valuable experience in multiple hospitals, I continued to work as a freelance dietician since 2004.
I will be available for consultations regarding medical nutrition on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I am happy to support the practice as assistant in training as well. This enables me to learn a lot about medical administration and to be a part of this dynamic team.
