e-card

Always bring your e-card with you. In case you forget your e-card, we ask for a stake of 50€. As soon as you bring your e-card the next few days, you get your money back.

All patients who come for the first time are asked to bring important medical records as well as an ID card with them.

Medical Referrals

For laboratory- and X-ray examinations you need a medical referral from your general practitioner. Also, if you see a medical specialist for more than two times you need a medical referral. We are happy to issue medical referrals.

Without medical referral but with your e-card only, you are able to make use of the following services each quarter:

Visiting one general practitioner
Seeing three different medical specialists

Cure Application

After a personal conversation with your general practitioner, he or she will be able to write you a cure application. The personal conversation beforehand is important to ensure you the best possible treatment.

Sick Note

During the corona pandemic sick notes are possible via telephone.

How does a sick note usually work?

In order to receive a sick note, the general practitioner needs to examine you at “Medizin am Küniglberg”. In case it is not possible for you to come to “Medizin am Küniglberg”, one of our general practitioners will make a home visit and provide you with the sick note on-site. Please give us a phone call on the first day of your disease. We can only backdate sick notes one day.

Also, we need to note your recovery. Therefore, please bring your sick note to “Medizin am Küniglberg”so that we can certify you as fit.

No sick notes via fax, email or answering machine. Also, online requests for sick notes cannot be considered.
